Our work is intentionally specialized. We focus on a narrow, highly technical area of plan spend that requires depth in pharmacy economics, regulatory compliance, and plan design. This allows employers, consultants, and brokers to address pharmacy cost challenges without disrupting existing relationships or service models.
Our founders bring nearly four decades of combined experience in health plan architecture, benefits strategy, and healthcare finance. That experience spans employer-sponsored plans, complex regulatory environments, and large-scale public and private health systems. Our leadership is grounded in advanced graduate training in healthcare administration, including multiple master’s degrees, and fellowship-level certification in healthcare management.
We work with employers, consultants, and brokers who need clarity in an area defined by complexity and misaligned incentives. Pharmacy costs are often structurally mispriced and left unaddressed, not due to lack of attention, but due to the difficulty of evaluating and executing solutions correctly.
We analyze claims data to identify the small subset of medications driving a disproportionate share of total pharmacy spend and apply compliant, optimized sourcing strategies that materially reduce cost, often without requiring changes to PBMs, carriers, networks, or plan design.
We support this work by doing what others avoid: completing data-driven analyses, developing consultant-ready RFPs, vetting vendors for compliance and quality, negotiating pricing, and overseeing execution. Whether working directly with an employer or supporting a consultant or broker, our focus remains the same: substance, defensibility, and outcomes that hold up under scrutiny.
