Limitless Consulting helps brokers and employee benefits consultants address one of the most concentrated and least governed areas of employer healthcare spend: high cost prescription drugs. The Pharmacy Stewardship Program® is a bolt on solution that works alongside the client’s existing PBM, carrier, health plan, and advisory structure, which means there is no need to force a full redesign just to address a small group of medications driving a disproportionate share of total pharmacy cost.

For brokers, the value is practical. You bring the client relationship, and we handle the analysis, market filtration, vendor oversight, pricing comparisons, implementation support, and board ready output. Our role is not to replace the broker or interfere with the existing plan strategy. Our role is to help you solve a specific cost problem with precision, discipline, and defensible process.

This matters because many employers are overspending in a narrow area of pharmacy spend while receiving little true market competition, limited transparency, and almost no structured oversight. Our model is built to correct that. We run the opportunity through a vetted vendor network, compare lawful and lower cost pathways, and deliver clear recommendations that protect the client relationship while strengthening your value as an advisor.

The program is designed to be out of cycle, pay as you go, and easy for the client to adopt. There is no upfront consulting fee, no disruption to the current PBM or carrier, and no added administrative burden for the broker. Limitless is compensated within the selected vendor’s pricing, so the client is not taking on a separate advisory expense in order to evaluate the opportunity.

Just as important, this is not a casual cost cutting exercise. It is a structured pharmacy stewardship process grounded in safety, compliance, market discipline, and fiduciary awareness. For brokers and consultants, that means a stronger answer to the questions sophisticated clients are already beginning to ask: What alternatives were reviewed, what vendors were evaluated, what standards were applied, and what process was used to determine that the current price was acceptable.
