The Rx Waste Report | Data Template

1. You send the data template

     a) Download the file above

     b) You forward the request to your PBM for the prior 12 months of claims data

     c) Receive the data file back from your PBM

2. Data Submission

     a) Attach the completed Rx data file in the "Upload Data File" section below

     b) Schedule your 60-minute data analysis follow up (at least 2 weeks after data submission):

     c) Answer all questions

3. Data Review (typically 2-3 weeks)

     a) Our team identifies high-cost medications & waste

     b) We prepare a report with projected savings and recommendations

     c) The full analysis is delivered during a 60-minute analytics presentation

4. Review Findings and Implement (Audit Fee Roles Into Implementation)

     a) PEPM consulting fee OR

     b) Cost-plus model based on sourced medications

5. Quarterly Progress Reports
